The room was good & nice. The BF was good. But the Lunch & dinner options could have been better. The best was the House keeping & their overall awareness & care for the guests. After checkout & departure we realised to our horror that we had left behind a small item worth Rs.30000. On one single phone call, we realised the room had still not been reallocated. The alert & helpful House keeping staff Mr. Purnendu Desh led by Mr. Marimuthu, retrieved the item for us & the same was couriered to us today. It is a very praiseworthy action.

My recent stay at GRT, Grand in T. Nagar, Chennai was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is located in one of the prominent areas making it convenient to commute around the city. The room was spacious, neat and the staff was prompt in providing any additional services. The food quality has been consistent and good, both the elaborate breakfast/lunch buffets and the choices from the à la carte menu were customisable upon request. Some of the staff members deserve a special mention here. The Duty Manager - Balaji, GRE - Priya and Marketing Manager - Dominic Prashanth for making the stay extra special.
